Country Meadows is a residential community of more than 200 single-family homes in east Bradenton, Florida, within the 34212 zip code. Built by Medallion Home between 2006 and 2012, the neighborhood is located off Upper Manatee River Road near Greyhawk Landing and Lakewood Ranch.

Country Meadows sits off Upper Manatee River Road between State Road 64 and the Upper Manatee River. From Interstate 75, take Exit 220 east on SR-64, then turn left (north) onto Upper Manatee River Road. The entrance is approximately four miles on the right.
Downtown Bradenton is roughly 15 minutes to the west. Lakewood Ranch shopping and dining along SR-70 is about 10 minutes south. Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport is a 25-minute drive.
